Key responsibilities:
Support the monthly close through reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
Manage accounts receivable by following up on invoices, applying cash, and monitoring aging reports
Handle accounts payable tasks including vendor bills, approvals, and payment runs
Required qualifications:
2+ years of accounting experience with month-end closes, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Experience in a SaaS or high-growth company environment
Proficiency with accounting and billing tools such as QuickBooks, Stripe, and Bill.com
Ability to work remotely and independently
CPA or CPA candidate is a plus
