DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: In order of importance – Include frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.)Quickly respond to dispatched service calls, providing remote and onsite support to customers Perform equipment troubleshooting and repairs efficiently and effectivelyPerform security system troubleshooting, maintenance and installation Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment Utilize customer relationship skills to maintain a professional image Maintain accountability for parts inventory and company assetsProvide unequaled customer serviceAll other duties as assigned.
