Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner; assist guests with luggage ensuring prompt and efficient service
- Provide information about hotel and casino amenities, services, and promotions
- Safely transport guests' luggage to and from their rooms while maintaining the security and confidentiality of the belongings
- Communicate effectively with other hotel and casino staff to coordinate guest services
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs promptly to ensure an enjoyable experience during their stay
- Adhere to all security and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bell Person or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
