Senior In-House Counsel, SaaS Contracts

Latitude is seeking a Senior AGC for SaaS commercial contracting to partner with the mortgage technology division. This hands-on, in-house role offers exposure to senior management and high-value customers. The position concentrates on complex SaaS agreements, strategic technology transactions, and AI-enabled workflow improvements. It requires a JD and in-house/AmLaw experience, with in-office work across Jacksonville, Provo, or Atlanta.
