This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the safety program across assigned locations while supporting compliance with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations. The position works closely with Loss Prevention, operational leadership, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to reduce risk, improve workplace safety, and support incident resolution. The manager will also coordinate audits, inspections, training, investigations, and corrective actions while maintaining accurate reporting and compliance documentation. This is a field-based role that requires strong judgment, solid knowledge of OSHA and DOT requirements, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range:

What You Will Do?
Develop, implement, and manage safety programs that support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Conduct audits, inspections, and site visits to identify risks, document findings, and communicate corrective actions.
Investigate accidents, work-related injuries, fire incidents, property incidents, and auto incidents with root-cause analysis.
Partner with Loss Prevention, operations, and other stakeholders to close incidents, resolve recommendations, and reduce future risk.
Deliver safety and Loss Prevention training, including new hire orientation and retraining as needed.
Support OSHA compliance by reviewing required programs, corrective measures, and documentation.
Monitor trends, analytics, and incident patterns to evaluate program effectiveness and reduce liability.
Ensure incidents are closed within seven days of submission and that action plans are tracked to completion.
Your Skills:
Five years of retail safety or Loss Prevention experience is preferred for this field-based leadership role.
Experience managing occupational safety or health and safety programs is required.
Knowledge of fleet safety, OSHA, DOT law, and material handling accident prevention is expected. OSHA 30-Hour in general industry or OSHA 40-Hour in HAZWOPER is preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills are required for reporting, tracking, and communication.
Ability to analyze incident trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and support corrective action planning.
Reliable transportation is required to travel to assigned work locations and arrive on time.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
