Audit Clerk

Location: Downtown Miami | HybridThis opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working with documentation, financial records, and audit coordination. The role will focus on supporting the internal team during an external audit conducted by a government agency, ensuring requested information is properly gathered, organized, and submitted. Key areas of experience we're looking for: Audit Documentation Support – Gathering, reviewing, and organizing financial records and supporting documentation requested by external auditors. Audit Request Coordination – Tracking requests, following up with internal departments, and ensuring timely delivery of required information. Financial Record Review – Reviewing invoices, transactions, reconciliations, and other accounting records for completeness and accuracy. Document Management – Maintaining organized audit files and tracking outstanding documentation. Internal Team Collaboration – Working closely with accounting, finance, and other departments to obtain documentation and resolve missing information. Excel & Accounting Systems – Strong Excel skills and the ability to navigate accounting software and retrieve financial information. Why join our Consultant Program?
