Attorney - Commercial Litigation

What You’ll Do: Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Participate in hearings and other court proceedings Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For: J.D. from an accredited law school Litigation experience preferred Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn case management systems Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
