Job Posting Responsible and accountable for providing and directing individualized care from infant to geriatric patients based on established standards of nursing practice. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care through clinical knowledge and skills. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment in the surgical setting while promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel in other departments.
Education and Experience
Minimum Required Education: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse Preferred Education: BSN
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of PACU or critical care experience highly preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Current nursing license to practice in the state of Virginia.
- Must obtain BLS certification upon hire.
- Associates or better in Nursing.1 year: RN experience in PACUBasic Life Saving
