Technical Service Coordinator

Job Description: Must possess basic math skills Must be able to work some after hours and weekend work during peak times Hardworking and reliable Communicates professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to coordinate equipment deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls. Assists with the setup and installation of rented equipment and ensures proper documentation is completed. Provides training to authorized operators and/or customers on the safe and effective use of rental equipment. Ensures all paperwork is accurately completed, including tracking serial numbers and customer equipment issues and demonstrates a strong understanding of the operation, specifications, and controls of rental units. Inspects, cleans, and tests returned equipment to ensure proper function and appearance. Assists with installation of flexible gas hoses for propane and natural gas applications, following safe procedures for checking gas connections. Collaborates with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate inventory records and equipment tracking. Participates in on-call rotation for emergency service support, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
