Executive Merchandising Leader for Multi-Brand Growth

Country Supplier, the parent brand behind CAL Ranch and Coastal, seeks a Chief Merchant to lead merchandising strategy, assortment, and profitability across two banners. You will own end-to-end lifecycle including planning, buying, pricing, and vendor relationships, partnering closely with Marketing, Store Ops, Supply Chain and Finance. The role reports to the President/CEO and requires travel to stores and shows.
