Title Investigator & Land Rights Specialist

Halo Land Management seeks a detail-oriented Title Agent to research and document ownership rights for mineral, surface, and leasehold estates, from patent to present. You will prepare clear, defensible reports for review by attorneys and clients. In this role you'll handle title abstracts, identify irregularities, and coordinate with project managers while using county records, GIS tools, and Halo templates to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
