The department serves as a primary entry point for urgent medical needs in the community, with fast-paced workflows and a broad spectrum of acute medical and traumatic conditions. The emphasis is on rapid evaluation, stabilization, and disposition. Clinical Responsibilities Evaluation and treatment of adult and pediatric emergency patients, including trauma, medical, and surgical emergencies Standard emergency procedures within scope of practice Coordination with consulting services and inpatient teams as needed
Requirements:
- Active Tennessee medical licenseDEA registrationMD degree
