SMART is actively recruiting for a locum Interventional Radiologistto provide coverage for a client of ours in Upstate New York.
Qualifications: License requirements: New York License Certification requirements: Board CertificationACLS/BLS certification is required (BLS not required if ACLS is active)
Job Summary: Shift times: Monday - Friday,8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours with 1 hour lunch break) No Call
Additional details:
  • Average Patient Volume: 5 to 8 patients/day
  • Procedures Required: Biopsy, Drainage, Tube placement, Line placement, Nephrostomies, Biliary drainages, Arterial angiograms (if possible)
  • Imaging Modalities: X rays, CT, Ultrasound
  • Case Mix: 60% IR / 40% DX (some DX is required)
Additional Details:
  • APP Coverage: None
  • Physician Coverage: Other IR/DX physicians. Experience with Phillips angio suites preferredEMR: Epic
