Regional Sales Representative South Puget Sound

Regional Sales Representative Fikes is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Regional Sales Representative to support growth throughout South King County, Tacoma, Lakewood, and the South Puget Sound region. This is an outside sales role focused on growing existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, supporting route sales representatives in the field, and expanding territory revenue and customer partnerships. This role is supported by established customer relationships, route partnerships, and existing regional infrastructure. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a competitive mindset, and enjoys building long-term relationships that drive customer success, company growth, and team success. Responsibilities include maintaining and growing existing customer accounts, developing new commercial business opportunities within the territory, collaborating with Sales Development Representatives to expand outbound opportunities and increase qualified appointments, partnering with route sales representatives on customer visits and growth opportunities, conducting in-person customer meetings and sales calls, managing appointments, follow-up, and territory activity, building strong relationships through professional communication and service, maintaining organized CRM and sales activity records, and supporting territory growth through customer retention and business development efforts.
