Workers Compensation Defense Associate Attorney

Duties: Manage workers' compensation cases from start to finish. Conduct discovery and litigation processes. Collaborate with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Requirements: 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience. Superior research, analytical, and negotiating skills. Excellent written and oral communication abilities. Commitment to proactive case management. Experience with Merus or Litify preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams preferred. Education Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees.

Certifications: Member of the State Bar of California, in good standing. Skills Clear and conceptual thinking ability. Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
