Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and package products into boxes
- Operate packaging equipment, including Labeler, Cartoner, Bundler, Case Packer, and Lens Caser
- Maintain a steady supply of components to each machine
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or warehouse experience
- High school diploma or GEDAbility to lift up to 25 pounds and perform a range of physical movements (sitting, standing, squatting, reaching, balancing, crouching)
- Proven ability to complete quick, precise, repetitive tasks using both arms and hands
- Strong communication skills and basic math skills; ability to understand work instructions
