What Youll Be Responsible For Leading all maintenance operations for the community Managing and developing maintenance team members Overseeing service requests and ensuring timely completion Executing preventative maintenance programs Managing vendor relationships and project work Ensuring property appearance and curb appeal standards are maintained Maintaining compliance with safety policies and company procedures Assisting with budgeting, inventory, and expense control Supporting resident retention through exceptional customer service What Were Looking For Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Technician Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance EPA Certification required Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience managing priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-service mindset with a resident-first approach
