You must be disciplined, organized, able to understand and articulate technical / geophysical information, and work well in and lead small teams While primarily focused on senior-level analysis and project management, this role involves periodic field deployments to lead complex geophysical surveys or oversee data acquisition. The candidate must be capable of operating effectively in diverse terrain and weather conditions, maintaining the hands-on ability to independently deploy, troubleshoot, and handle specialized field instrumentation. Flexibility for occasional, sometimes short-notice travel is required, with adaptable hours during active field work.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Geophysics or Geology with emphasis on geophysics, MS preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience,
Physically active and able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Field methods experience, preferably some seismic, electrical or electromagnetics
Exposure to data processing with a variety of commercially available software
Proficient in programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Earth, PDF editing, Gmail, etc.
