Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Hair Stylist skilled in delivering quality hair care services including cutting, styling, and personalized client consultations. This role requires a professional who prioritizes hygiene, understands product benefits, and fosters strong client relationships. Our stylist will be part of a small team, working efficiently to manage more than 10 clients daily using salon-specific software for appointment scheduling and client management. This position does not require travel and involves working primarily onsite.
Responsibilities:
Perform hair cutting and styling services tailored to children’s hair Conduct thorough client consultations to determine desired looks and hair care needs Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of tools and work area Recommend hair care products suited to individual client hair types Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction Manage appointment scheduling using salon-specific software to optimize workflow Build and maintain strong client relationships
