Who We Are: We are a social media agency that makes content for brands like Deel, Clay, Multiplier and 50+ others. Our revenue grew 460% from 2024 to 2025 and you're going to be a part of the next 460%.Every dollar we earn is powered by humor, attention, and scroll-stopping content. We have an audience of 250,000 across all socials. This isn't a corporate gig - it's a front-row seat to building with our Founder, Aidan Brannigan and team of 5 creators across the globe.
The Role: We're looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes internet culture. If this is you, you can write a sharp script, hop in front of a camera without flinching, and turn a brand brief into content that actually makes people stop scrolling. You'll create content across three lanes:1. Client Work (Agency Side): You'll be responsible for producing skits, short-form video, and written content for NBB's clients. This means translating campaign briefs into native-feeling content that performs on TikTok, Instagram, and Linkedin.2. NBB's Owned Media: We have an audience of 250,000+ across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and it's growing. You'll contribute content to our owned channels, helping build the NBB brand as a destination for marketers who want distribution that doesn't suck.3. Your Personal Brand: We want you building your own audience while you're here. Post daily. Rep NBB. Show the world what you can do. This isn't just encouraged, it's part of the job.
What You'll Do:
  • Content Production
  • Film, script, and edit skit content - from concept to final delivery
  • Ghostwrite captivating content for executives on Linkedin
  • Write clever, platform-native scripts across multiple niches and brand voices
  • Produce meme content using industry tools (Canva, CapCut, Edits App, and others)
  • Deliver content in correct formats, resolutions, naming conventions, and platform specs
  • Act as talent - lead roles, supporting characters, and background when needed
  • Creative Collaboration
  • Execute content strategy briefs and bring client vision to life
  • Participate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and async feedback threads
  • Proactively pitch meme angles, skit hooks, and new content formats based on performance trends
  • Synthesize and implement feedback accurately, fast
  • Cross-Functional Communication
  • Coordinate with our Head of Customer Success to deliver client content on schedule
  • Communicate proactively if content is blocked, delayed, or unclear
  • Collaborate with our Founder, client contacts, and subcontractors on multi-person productions

  • Technically capable: you know your way around CapCut, Edits App, or can learn fast

Compensation Range: $55,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
