Associate General Counsel (CA, NY, TX Licensed)

Key responsibilities: Own all corporate and board governance activities, serving as the primary legal advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors Manage and protect the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks and copyrights, and advise on IP considerations in product development Oversee the company's insurance program and provide guidance on risk management strategies and compliance with regulatory developments

Required qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing in California, New York, or Texas 8-12 years of legal experience, including in-house experience at a technology or fintech company Expertise in corporate governance, intellectual property management, and employment law Proven ability to advise senior leadership and boards with clarity and sound judgment Fluency with AI tools in a professional context, utilizing technology to enhance productivity
