Renovation Sales Specialist - Southern CA Territory

Location: This will be a Remote role. However, you must live in the Southern California territory, ideally Orange County.

Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in renovation, construction, or project-driven sales environments. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets within a defined territory. Strong execution focus, with ability to manage accounts, projects, and customer relationships. Effective collaboration with project managers, operations, and sales partners. Solid business acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning. Strong time management and discipline around activity expectations and reporting. Willingness to travel regularly within assigned market, from Santa Barbara to San Diego. Pay Range: $6,858.34 - $10,975.00 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
