Standard Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for developing production‐operation estimates for TINA/FAR‐compliant proposals and Cost Management for development contracts. This role involves but not limited to: Analyzing historical actuals and applying learning‐curve techniques. Building and maintaining cost models and conducting trend analysis to forecast future production lot estimates. Preparing a clear basis‐of‐estimate (BOE) rationale to support each estimate. Completing monthly estimate-at-complete (EAC) assessments and earned value analysis. Presenting data and findings to Production Operations leadership.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Finance-related field or similar.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.- Experience creating labor estimates and learning curve application.- Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Desired Skills: Experience using SAP ERP system.- Experience with FAR proposals and creation of BOEs (Basis of Estimate).- CAM (Control Account Manager) certified or experience in EAC development.- Experience or education in manufacturing.- Experience in data analytics and/or creating tableau dashboards.
