Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking an experienced Law & Motions Paralegal in Texas to support a busy plaintiff practice. You will draft and file substantive motions, conduct legal research, and prepare petitions and responses for state and federal courts. You will manage discovery, review medical records, and prepare hearing notebooks while mentoring junior paralegals, coordinating deadlines and e-filing across cases.
