This role oversees environmental planning, permitting, and regulatory services for data centers, fiber networks, and digital infrastructure globally. You will collaborate with market leaders to align strategy with client needs and pursue growth opportunities. The position reports to the TMT Market Sector Director and can be based in HDR offices worldwide. Extensive travel and leadership across regions are expected.
