Job TitleESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business. Washes and sanitizes dirty dishes, utensils, and other items as needed. Empties trash, sweeps and mops floors, and wipes down work stations to ensure the kitchen is in pristine condition. Cleans tables and other restaurant areas, as requested or required. Develops, maintains, and enhances positive relations with all guests and employees. Alerts supervisor of any concerns regarding the quality, selection, and variety of all food and beverages. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures, which includes use of safety equipment. Responsible for following safety procedures, identifying unsafe practices or conditions, and informing their supervisor. Maintains alertness for performance of all responsibilities and a general awareness of restaurant operations at all times. Keeps their supervisor informed of any concerns.
