Production Supervisor-Production Supervisor - Wood Fabrication and Millwork

The Role: The Production Supervisor is accountable for meeting the established Key Performance Indicators (KPI): Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost (SQDC) through continuous improvement (CI) and fostering a TEC (trust, empowerment, collaboration) for the production team. Additionally, this position will serve as a Safety Champion for the plant, promoting an autonomous safety culture to keep employees/equipment hazard-free. IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is required. Post high school education is preferred. 3-5 years in manufacturing or 3 years of military experience is required. Experience in wood products manufacturing, millwork and/or finishing is highly preferred. Demonstrated leadership ability is required. Experience in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) / Lean methodology is preferred. Safety experience is preferred. Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) is required.
