Field Support Lead Wind Projects & Safety Leadership

Vestas Field Support Lead is a key role overseeing the Field Support Coordinators and Tool Coordinators on wind project sites. You will guide safety, training, and process adherence while coordinating field teams across multiple sites to ensure timely project delivery. You will mentor FSCs and TCs, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Field Support Managers to address staffing, scheduling, and safety needs, including travel as required.
