Summary: The Rebar Fabricator manufactures steel rebar by cutting, bending, tying and performing other processes to meet order specifications. This position reports to the Rebar Supervisor. Responsibilities/ Duties· Sets up machinery properly.· Performs checks on completed orders.· Accurately measures and cuts rebar according to orders/ specs.· Assists in loading orders onto company and customer trucks.· Adheres to all safety procedures and policies according to company and OSHA standards.· Maintains a neat and organized work area.· Responds to customer/client inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.· Performs other related duties as assigned.
