Osmar Cleaners is looking for a dependable and organized Assistant to the Staff Manager to help coordinate our residential cleaning teams and support daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and working with people.

Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling and daily job coordination for cleaning staff. Communicate with team members regarding assignments and updates. Track attendance, time, and performance. Support hiring and onboarding of new employees. Maintain staff records and documentation. Help manage last-minute schedule changes or call-outs. Assist with uniforms and supply coordination. Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Administrative, scheduling, or office experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Comfortable using email, text communication, and basic computer programs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to lift and carry over 35 lbs of cleaning supplies or equipment. Schedule Must be available at the office by 7:30 AM. End time varies based on daily operations (latest end time is 5:30 PM). Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend support if needed. Pay$600 – $800 per week (based on experience and performance).
