Enrollment Quality Specialist (Telecommute)

Premera Blue Cross is seeking an Enrollment Oversight and Quality Specialist to manage complex enrollment, eligibility, billing changes, and account research with strong customer service focus. You will support audits, improve processes, and coordinate with strategic partners to ensure timely, accurate outcomes. Eligible candidates will work within a 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT window with occasional late shifts, supporting enrollment and billing operations.
