Strategic Benefits Lead: Health, Leave & Retirement

St.-John University seeks an Associate Director of Benefits to lead advanced-level administration of employee benefits programs. This role oversees leaves of absence, ADA accommodations, retirement plans, and compliance activities, acting as a senior SME and operational lead within Benefits. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, Open Enrollment support, benefits communications, and guidance to employees on complex benefits matters. Hybrid work and campus trainings are expected as needed.
