Roll and Responsibilities As an Operations Product Lead Sr., you will serve as the bridge between the shop floor and the program team, driving initiatives that make a tangible impact on program success. You will be responsible for spearheading key initiatives, developing and implementing recovery plans, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams. Spearheading Yield Improvment (YIT), Corrective Actions (CA), Cost Improvment, and other initiatives that drive program benefits Serving as the programs voice within the Dallas Operations, keeping site leaders and staff informed of key program details Developing and implementing recovery plans as needed to ensure program success Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continous improvement and growth Standard Job Description Performs activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
