JOB SUMMARY: The Technical Project Manager is a hands-on delivery lead who owns technology projectsfrom intake to completion. This role introduces and runs a light, practical Scrum and Agileapproach across our Product, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Salesforce teams. The focus is accountability and delivery: clear ownership, current status, removed blockers, and deadlines met. We value simple, consistent habits over heavyprocess and documentation. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this personpartners with each team leader to turn priorities into delivered work. JOB DUTIES: Own technology projects from intake through completion, holding teamsaccountable to scope, timeline, and quality. Introduce and lead a lightweight Scrum and Agile approach, including scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives, sized to fit each team. Partner with each team leader to define scope, timeline, resource allocation, andcommunication plans. Support the planning process by helping sequence and prioritize work against teamcapacity, ongoing support demands, and security needs. Keep project status current in Linear as the single source of truth and reportprogress and key metrics to leadership. Identify and remove blockers quickly and escalate risks and dependencies early. Translate business requirements and user stories into work technical teams canexecute. Communicate technical constraints, trade-offs, and blockers clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Work with a Product Owner or team leader to keep priorities clear andexpectations managed. Coach teams that are new to Agile, building simple habits that stick and improvingthe approach as teams mature. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a relatedfield, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in technical project management, IT project delivery, ortechnical leadership Hands-on experience designing and running Scrum or other Agile practices, including daily scrums and sprint planning Working knowledge of the software development life cycle, databases, cloudplatforms, and system architecture Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, agents, or connectors, includingsetting up automated workflow Ability to drive accountability across teams without direct authority Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment Comfort leading change with teams that are new to AgilePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCECertifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFeExperience with Azure, Databricks, SQL, Linear and Salesforce Experience in financial services Experience supporting AI or data projectsJKX++?]q+]q+?9/?9?9/2399}01#".'&54>3232>7667#".54>3276632\&"\32>7 2U|U>3%\ &8JKX++?]+?99/99//01#".#"\#".'&54>3232654.54>32\~ %/$
