Strategic HR & Labor Relations Leader

Packaging-Corporation-of-America is seeking a seasoned Human Resources & Labor Relations leader for the Filer City Mill. The role directs all HR activities, negotiates the collective bargaining agreement, ensures compliance with federal/state laws, and maintains a skilled workforce while upholding safety and a positive public image. Required is a Bachelor’s in Labor & Industrial Relations, at least 5 years in HR & labor relations with 3 years in negotiations/arbitrations, and strong
