Chief Legal Officer - Enterprise Strategy & Risk

M.C. Dean is seeking a Chief Legal Officer to lead the enterprise legal function and advise the CEO on legal strategy affecting the company. The CLO will supervise attorneys and manage budgets, staffing, and outside counsel, aligning with contracts, ethics, security, risk, and other departments. The role requires JD or LLM, US licensure, and experience with large federal contractors, construction contracts, and technology/IP risk.
