Active Georgia Bar admission required Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial and transactional agreements Experience with corporate governance, entity matters, M&A, or related transactional work Ability to independently manage matters and day-to-day client needs Strong written and verbal communication skills Sound business judgment and attention to detail A client-service mindset and comfort developing direct client relationships Interest in building a long-term practice rather than simply executing assigned work Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to contribute to the growth of both the practice and the firm Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
