Shift: Varies, flexible scheduling Hours/week: Full-time Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: State Medical License required Experience: Prior physical medicine and rehab experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay at $1.00/hr Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do: Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions Provide physical rehab therapies to promote recovery and functional independence Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality patient care Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Educate patients and families on rehabilitative exercises and health management Support continuous improvement in rehab protocols and patient outcomes What You Need: Current State Medical License in Minnesota Experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation (preferred) Strong communication and patient rapport skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team About the Assignment: This opportunity is at a reputable facility dedicated to patient-centered care in Duluth, MN.
