- Support the technical configuration and operational readiness of AEM websites and related web platform services.
- Maintain and troubleshoot server, web, application, and integration components to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation including server inventories, environment details, topology diagrams, and configuration records across Dev, Test, PreProd, and Prod.
- Support ongoing platform health activities including monitoring, clean-up, validation, and periodic technical reviews.
- Upgrades, patching, and technical fitness
- Support OS, middleware, JDK, and AEM-related upgrades to keep environments current and aligned with enterprise security and technology standards.
- Drive or assist with vulnerability remediation and patching activities in partnership with infrastructure and hosting teams.
- Help validate that technical changes are implemented successfully and do not negatively impact website availability or performance.
- Cloud migration support
- Support the planning and execution of on-premises to cloud migration activities for AEM websites and supporting infrastructure.
- Work with platform teams and vendors to validate support models, target environments, migration dependencies, and go-live plans.
- Coordinate smoke testing and support UAT in non-production environments to confirm successful migration outcomes.
- Assist with post-migration validation to ensure continuity, stability, and operational readiness in cloud-hosted environments.
- Incident, change, and deployment support
- Act as a technical support resource for incidents and service requests affecting AEM websites and related infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot issues, support root cause analysis, and help drive timely resolution of production and non-production problems.
- Execute or support configuration changes such as firewall requests, web server updates, DNS and caching updates, and related environment changes through established enterprise processes.
- Perform deployment validation for new and updated systems to confirm seamless integration and functionality.
- Collaboration and continuous improvement
- Partner with business owners, UAT leads, engineering teams, and vendors to understand requirements, plan changes, and validate outcomes.
- Help improve processes, technical documentation, and support runbooks while surfacing risks and recurring issues.
- Contribute to stable platform operations during transition from current-state hosting to future cloud-based architecture.
