Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute functional test plans and cases for EMR modules and web applications
Conduct load and performance testing, identifying bottlenecks and providing optimization recommendations
Mentor junior QA engineers and establish QA standards, processes, and quality metrics for the team
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of professional QA experience, including 3 years in a staff or lead QA role
Proven expertise in functional testing methodologies and load testing tools
Strong understanding of EMR systems, healthcare workflows, and HIPAA compliance
Experience with test automation frameworks and programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
