As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing training programs to ensure our staff are equipped to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement staff development programs, including in-service training, workshops, and online resources
  • Identify learning needs and develop training plans to address gaps in knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our diverse patient population
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and promote professional growth
  • Conduct evaluations of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of staff training and development activities
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Nevada
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)1+ year of experience in staff development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methods
