In this role, you will use a Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) and other inspection equipment to inspect machined and/or welded components against blueprint requirements prior to shipment to customers. You will also provide quality auditing support to shop floor : This position supports Second and Weekend Shift.
Required Skills: Experience with and/or knowledge of basic inspection tools, including:
- Calipers
- MicrometersHeight gages
- ScalesOther dimensional inspection equipment
- Ability to read, comprehend, and work from engineering blueprints.
- Ability to support Second and Weekend Shift.
Preferred Skills:
Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) experience.
Knowledge and experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Weld inspection knowledge or experience.
Experience with FARO Arm/Laser Tracker equipment.
Experience with Keyence inspection equipment.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Typically requires one year of related work experience.
Schedule:
Second/Weekend Shift. Candidates must be available to support the required weekend schedule.
