Lead Product Designer – Accounting & Payroll (Fintech)

Collective in San Francisco is hiring a full-stack IC Lead Product Designer to own Accounting & Payroll, the most complex and high-stakes part of how our members run their businesses. You’ll partner with a Product Lead and Engineering to turn messy financial workflows into experiences that feel clear, trustworthy and fast. You’ll own the work end to end, help shape how we design and grow the team, and ship daily for solopreneurs who gain time back because of it, while elevating our design
