Mix Operator / Batcher

Core Responsibilities: Collect, measure, and combine raw materials based on specific batch formulas Prepare and cook batches to ensure they are ready for the production line Review and adhere to all production documentation and batch records Manage the operation of both heated and non-heated batching machinery Ensure all mixing equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to maintain standards Conduct routine preventative maintenance to help keep machinery running efficiently Help maintain a safe and high-quality working environment for the entire team

Required Qualifications: Prior background in manufacturing or batch mixing is helpful but not mandatory Proficiency with basic computer systems, with preference given to those familiar with PLCs Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations Effective verbal and written communication skills A self-driven attitude that allows you to contribute both independently and as part of a collaborative group AI Disclosure Our hiring procedures may utilize AI-driven tools to assist in the evaluation of candidates.
