Director of Community Justice & Policy

Yamhill County has one regular, full-time position for a Department of Community Justice Director. This role supervises, directs, and manages the YCDCJ, including adult parole and probation, juvenile probation, juvenile detention, and related programs. The Director develops and administers the department budget, writes grants, and implements legislatively mandated policy changes. This role reports to the County Administrator and collaborates with county leadership and community partners.
