Head of Finance

What you’ll do: Partner closely with the founder to define the financial and operating framework for long-term growth Own the company’s financial model and forecasting process Translate business goals into operating plans and resource allocation Establish planning cadence across the organization Lead bottoms-up planning across demand, inventory, and assortment Develop scenario planning to guide major decisions Build financial systems and reporting that support better decision making Help evaluate major investments, hires, and growth opportunities Improve core operating processes across finance, inventory planning, and internal systems This is a high-trust role with significant ownership. The right person will be comfortable operating with ambiguity and helping the company scale thoughtfully.
