Chief Credit Strategy & Growth

Varo Bank is seeking a Head of Credit Strategy to own the full credit lifecycle—from originations to collections—while translating risk appetite into actionable guardrails. You will design underwriting for new products, drive data strategy, and own portfolio economics with a focus on scalable growth. You will lead a team of credit professionals, partner with Product, Finance, and Compliance, and maintain strong governance to protect P&L and the charter.
