Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,025 per week

Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patients' conditions and vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health management and care procedures. Document patient care activities in the medical record accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations. Documented competencies for the specific unit are required.

Working Conditions: This position requires the ability to float to different units based on staffing needs. All assignments require adaptability and the willingness to provide care in various settings as requested, while ensuring that competencies have been demonstrated and documented. Shift Information This role involves working 4 twelve-hour night shifts, with hours from 19:00 to 07:30.
