Full-Time Morning Pastry & Laminated Bread Baker

Boxcar Coffee Roasters in Boulder, CO is seeking a Production Baker to prepare and finish pastries for both cafés each morning, including croissants, brioche, cookies, canelé, and more. You will mix doughs, lamination, fillings, and bake to our recipes and quality standards. This full-time role requires early shifts around 4:30 AM, weekend flexibility, and teamwork with the cafe staff.
