*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. We ensure confidential conversations.*Duties** Rotating schedule requires travel between two locations (South Hadley, MA and Granby, CT). This is non-negotiable and subject to change with prior notice.* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.* Perform a range of dental procedures, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and root canal therapy.* Execute dental extractions and other surgical procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques.* Utilize medical imaging technologies for accurate diagnostics and treatment planning.* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency.* Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe clinical environment.* Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures.*Skills** Proficient in Eaglesoft* Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to patient care.* Knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry for effective treatment planning.* Experience in pediatric dentistry, demonstrating the ability to manage young patients effectively.* Familiarity with medical documentation processes and maintaining accurate medical records.* Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while providing high-quality patient care.* Prior experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
